Wide web lamination
PolarSeal has extensive facilities to laminate self-adhesive materials such as surgical film onto a huge variety of other substrates thus enabling us to supply you with tape or die cuts constructed to your unique specification. The diversity of PolarSeal’s machinery allows us to manufacture and design products not available in any standard product range. These may include differential adhesives, special adhesives and thicknesses, strip or zone lamination. Adhesive types include acrylic, rubber based, synthetic, thermosetting, silicone and hypo allergenic. The ability to produce laminated products up to 1600mm wide gives PolarSeal great flexibility, allowing a vast range of standard, pre-approved and specialised substrates to be configured.
MAXIMUM LAMINATION WIDTH: 1600mm
