After a record breaking year at PolarSeal, the entire team from both sites met at Stubbers Activity centre. Everyone participated in collaborative, team challenges throughout the course of the day and it was a huge success!
To conclude a busy 2018, site swaps involving every member of PolarSeal’s staff were organised for the 11th and 12th of December. This involved the Carlton staff travelling to Farnham on the 11th and those based at Farnham visiting Carlton on the 12th. The days were focused on integration and reinforcing our oneness as a team all working with our core values at heart. A wide range of knowledge shared, one team motivated!
