PolarSeal recognise the importance of mental health in the workplace and as a result of this, have teamed up with a scheme provided by Bupa to deliver and provide a confidential mental health and wellbeing support service to all employees and their families.
The service is free to all company employees to use and allows access to:
- A specialist wellbeing helpline run using qualified counsellors
- A 24/7 helpline for employees and their loved ones
- Access to unlimited online self-help support
- Legal and financial specialist helplines where the team can provide facts which allow staff to make informed decisions on areas such as money management, landlord disputes, divorce and consumer rights.
The confidential service will give employees the opportunity to get advice about areas of mental health including stress, or even help coach employees who are looking for assistance in developing their own confidence. The qualified counsellors have access to a variety of information too, which could help support issues employees may be having that could affect their personal life or work. There are also additional resources available for managers within the organisation, enabling them to support their team members and help them grow where possible.
