Double-Coated, Trilaminate TPU Film with a High Tack Soft Silicone Adhesive
MED 6001SI is a double-coated, transparent thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film with a high tack soft silicone adhesive (SSA) for adhering to the skin, with an acrylic adhesive suitable for a wide variety of materials. The softness, conformability and repositionability of the silicone adhesive offer a high degree of user comfort. The fully-coated silicone adhesive side of the roll is equipped with a polypropylene (PP) release liner, compatible for die cutting. The acrylic adhesive contains a white paper liner, which is printable on one side.
Typical Application
Designed for conversion as the silicone adhesive layer for multi-layered advanced wound care dressings. Application areas also include patient monitoring and wearables.
