What is your role at PolarSeal?
I work within the finance department, assisting the Finance Manager with providing support in maintaining financial records.
How are you supported in your role?
I am always being motivated to achieve my best each day, which is down to working within a supportive team, who are all striving towards the same goal. The entire team is always close at hand to support with any issue or collaborative item, it is reassuring to know they are accessible if I need any help with training or development within my role and to discuss openly and confidently with their open door policy.
What do you enjoy the most working for PolarSeal?
I am learning something new every day, with PolarSeal demonstrating everyday that they are a learning organisation. Within PolarSeal, there is always an opportunity to develop further within your role, with training and support always on offer to ensure we improve our service and meet the needs of our customers and that we can be the best we can be.
How would you describe the culture at PolarSEAL?
I see PolarSeal as one big team, a group of people working hard and together to achieve continuously evolving goals. And because of this, I have never felt more comfortable in a working environment, knowing that my colleagues are also my friends.
